This position is responsible for providing comprehensive analytical support for the design and administration of corporate and executive compensation programs. This role supports the administration, compliance, and processes required for the administration of base pay, short term incentive plan (High Performance Plan - HPP), long term incentive plan and sales incentives. This role utilizes advanced specialized knowledge and skills obtained through progressively responsible experience and training in Compensation to plan and execute varied assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Base Pay Administration
Prepares and maintains job descriptions in standardized form.
Conducts job analysis and evaluation using established processes to clarify FLSA exemption status, scope of responsibilities, technical and behavioral skills, education, experience, and training requirements of the job.
Participate in the administration of URL blocked - click to apply merit increase cycle and global data collection as needed.
Incentive Pay Administration
Administers and coordinates incentive payouts and communications for the short-term incentive plan -High Performance Plan (HPP).
Supports the administration of other Incentive Plans (Commission, SPIFFs,URL blocked - click to apply Plan etc.).
Work with Finance on the monthly review and updating of the Corporate bonus accrual file.
Long Term Incentive Plan Administration
Supports the administration of the Long-Term Incentive plan, inclusive of grants, vesting events, reporting, reconciliation etc.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams who have a role in the equity plan administration, including coordination with Finance, Legal and US and international payrolls.
Compensation Committee Support
Collaborate with Corporate HR Team to support Corporate job evaluations, offers and hiring process. Assist in ensuring consistency in the application of compensation policies, practices, guidelines, as well as consistency in external competitiveness and internal equity.
Works in partnership with Payroll, Finance, HRIS to ensure process, data integrity and customer satisfaction objectives are met.
Work on special projects, such as process improvement, process documentation, benchmarking, etc.
May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
