Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting customers via email and some phone with questions and concerns about their orders. In this role, you will investigate orders and specific parts for customers by researching and using your internal teams to find the answer. NO is not an answer for a customer, so you will be responsible for finding the solution and following up with them.

-Will handle 25-30 accounts
-Most of their day they will be checking emails and trying to determine what the customer quotes will look like (might take 24-48 hours to find the answer)
-Answer a few incoming calls: Customers will call with questions, work with other departments to get questions answered
-Help with customers that are upset because they don't have their orders or cant find the answer.
-Data entry, use Excel daily, for scheduling
-Use the system Oracle to enter orders
