Looking for a new opportunity? This family oriented Robert Half manufacturing client is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide level 1 Help Desk support for their 4 locations in the Brownsville area. This role will set up user access, maintain daily operations and applications of systems including Office 365, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows OS and Windows Virtual Desktop, and network equipment and phone systems.   • Level I Help Desk Support on site for 4 Oregon locations
  • Implement IT services hardware and software.
  • Set up new users in required systems.
  • Mobile Device setup
  • Troubleshoot problems and perform maintenance, updates, and ensure systems are protected from security breaches.
  • Maintain and update documents

  • 1+ year of IT Support experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, software maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in Office 365
  • Need to be able to work autonomously
  • Customer service focused
  • Organized and flexible
