Established CA law firm is seeking a motivated File Clerk/Office Services assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role can have a flexible schedule of $15-20 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity for someone trying to gain legal experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Pick up and distribute mail as well as send out outgoing packages
- Open and close legal files and prepare for storage
- General misc. office duties such as ordering and stocking office supplies and maintaining kitchen/break room area
- Provide clerical and administrative support for projects such as organizing records and preparing binders, scanning documents, etc.
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Law firm experience is preferred but not required
