As the Project Manager, you will drive the success of our construction projects by leading and coordinating all phases-from pre-construction to execution and closeout. Your primary focus will be planning, scheduling, and managing project teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead project meetings and develop comprehensive project schedules.\nCommunicate scheduling plans and resolve issues efficiently to keep projects on track.\nManage the handoff from design to execution, ensuring seamless project transitions.\nOversee employee and subcontractor work to ensure schedule, budget, and safety requirements compliance.\nConduct project closeouts, including final walkthroughs and documentation.\nServe as the main point of contact for project updates and issue resolution, ensuring constant communication with all stakeholders.\nCollaborate effectively with the project team to support their needs and ensure smooth project administration.\nMonitor project costs, manage expenditures, and ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting.\nLead the submittal process and assist with developing proposals for future projects.\nTravel to project sites, including approximately 15% out-of-town travel\n\nWhat You Bring to the Team:
