Job Details

Requirements:
  • We strongly prefer candidates who possess an independent Maryland state licensure, such as a PhD/PsyD, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
  • 1+ year of relevant behavioral health experience in treating children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Experience in outpatient or private practice settings.

Day-today:
  • This is an outpatient setting
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate, and ethical therapy to patients in both individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Care Team to formulate and update treatment plans based on patients' progress
  • Lead discharge planning, follow-up care, and communication with liaisons
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures and assist the Clinical Director in making necessary quality improvements
  • Conduct utilization reviews and medical necessity discussions with insurance payers, if necessary
  • Manage caseload and ensuring timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation to maintain compliance with documentation standards
