Appointment Scheduler Calling Customers to Schedule Appointment/coordinate delivery times. Basic Computer skills and Customer Service. Monday-Friday 9-6, 10-7, 12-9, 1-10 shifts. The position requires developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships to maximize business potential while striving to achieve exceptional customer service and utilization of company equipment.
Responsibilities: Solicit freight from existing and new customer to meet volume and utilization requirements. Foster excellent customer relations by ensuring on-time service and prompt handling of customer requirements to maximize freight potential. Enter customer orders into the company system and track loads as required to ensure on time, damage free service. Set pick up and delivery appointments to ensure timely delivery and maximize customer satisfaction.
