Exciting work you will do:
  • Bring expertise in Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities to extensive engagements and develop in-depth solutions that enact long-term success for our clients.   
  • Draw on your own unique perspectives, personality, and creativity to think big about our clients’ challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Impact North Highland’s bottom line by building and leveraging client and team relationships that drive results and fuel growth. 
  • Identify and sell solutions that provide real value to clients through North Highland’s holistic approach to consulting. Become an expert in our full range of capabilities: Technology, People & Change, Experience Design, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics and Program and Project Management.
  • Grow as a Client Lead & thought leader by developing your professional network through association memberships, speaking and writing engagements, and community activities.
  • Mentor and grow North Highland Consultants on industry concepts, challenges, etc.
 What you will need:
  • 10+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services and/or Big 4 consulting experience
  • Experience in supporting business expansion opportunities within existing accounts and bringing on new business opportunities
  • Heavy sales/business development experience and skills
  • Proposal development experience including the ability to effectively sell business solutions to clients
  • Subject Matter Expert within the Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities Industry. 
  • Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence
  • Running projects and managing teams; and delivery experience driving business requirements, identifying gaps and omissions, and designing solutions
  • Success in driving and managing significant account growth for key client
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
Possible Locations: Philadelphia, PA, Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA and Orlando, FL
