- Improve visibility into project profitability by utilizing existing system data and identify future data to be captured
- Evaluate fee schedule structure and pricing to maximize profitability
- Analyze category cost codes to better align with business unit pricing models
- Analyze and develop standardized costs for field equipment utilized on projects along with cost of laboratory testing
- Recommend and implement process to increase compliance with desired fee schedule parameters
- Develop overhead rate factors for each business unit
- Contribute to developing requirements for pending ERP implementation
- Lead special projects and assist with other ad-hoc requests, as necessary
Position Requirements Minimum Experience, Education, and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of five years professional experience in accounting or finance
- Solid GAAP accounting skills, experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment or job cost accounting in project-based firm preferred
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to extract and manipulate large amounts of data
- Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Word, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of people at all organizational levels at multiple locations

- Essential: continuous sitting, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation (65%-100% of the time worked); frequent turning and twisting (30%-64% of the time worked); and occasional reaching (11%-29% of the time worked)
- Occasionally required to lift or carry up to 20 lbs. (11%-29% of time worked); push/pull occasionally required for up to 10 lbs. (11%-29% of time worked)
- Hearing and vision (both correctable) are essential.
- Position may require travel (locally and throughout United States); Less than 5% annually
