We are looking for Customer Service Call Center Representatives who are passionate about quality customer service and that want to become a member of a growing company!
Professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Being organized and able to multi-task.
Answer a high volume of incoming client phone calls with urgency.
Process mail and e-mail inquiries in a timely manner.
Generate follow up calls on customer accounts.
Processes client requests and update in-house database with accurate documentation.
File new business paperwork as appropriate.
Follow-up with clients and account managers for information needed to complete requests.
Organize and file documentation as a part of general administrative duties.
