Leasing Specialist II- Commercial

State of Georgia Atlanta, GA (On Site) Full-Time
Under broad supervision of the Assistant Director (AD), the Leasing Specialist 2 (LS2) is responsible for the management of assigned activities related to a portfolio of approximately 1,200 commercial leases, along with ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency of utilization and acquisition of leased premises by the State. Portfolio consists of both large and small transactions (under 1,000 to over 100,000 square feet), along with oversight of outside contractors. The Leasing Specialist 2 also performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university OR Two years of related experience.
