Jacobs has partnered with NASA to support space flight programs for more than 40 years. While the majority of work is directly in support of LaRC, other industry partners and Government agencies may be supported at remote sites as directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). The Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering (CMOE) contract comprises of three major categories of work operations, maintenance, and engineering (OME).
Responsibilities: Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, Business Manager, or administrative operations. Maintains records, and receives, prepares, or verifies documents. Searches for and complies information and data responding to routine requests with standard answers. On routine assignments, employee selects and applies established procedures and techniques. Performs various office support work, typing, posting, sorting mail, or operating general office equipment. Responds to routine requests. May be required to make decisions about the adequacy and content of transactions handled, in addition to following proper procedures.
U.S. Citizenship required. Requires two (2) years of college with courses in business administration or finance, and six (6) years progressive experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience and ability to work in a team environment. Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Travel between various facilities (5%) May be exposed to areas of high noise levels and potentially hazardous equipment operation.

Must be able to walk, stand, bend, twist and sit for extended periods as well as climb, crawl, and lift up to 35 lbs. Appropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions.Attendance Regular attendance mandatory (100%)

U.S. Citizenship is required. A valid drivers license is required. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere. Must put forward a professional behavior that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation. Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety/risk hazard to the employee or others. The work environment requires the ability to cooperate and work with individuals at all levels of the company and the client. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required.
