Job Description Summary
*Position is Monday-Friday 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm*
Position Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Provide general answers and solutions to inquiries and requests associated with human resources matters – may include one or more of the following pre-employment background checks, new hire access and equipment, benefits, payroll, compensation, leaves, termination process, tuition reimbursement etc.)
• Leverage job aides, knowledge articles, and references within HRSD platform to respond to incoming inquiries
• Document HR Helpline intakes as assigned
• Document intake from employees and escalate as needed by transferring the case to the appropriate resource
• Assign cases through HRSD platform, ServiceNow
• Answer HR Helpline Calls if assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• 1 – 3 years of HR Shared Services or relevant Human Resources related experience
• Strong customer service orientation
• Hands on experience with Human Resources Information System software
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
• Proficiency to learn additional software applications as integrated or required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
• Attention to detail and motivation to get the job done
• Proven discretion in handling confidential matters
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Workday or other HRMS experience preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.
