Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client in Langhorne, Pennsylvania (PA) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team! Ideal Candidates will have some experience in customer service, either in person or face-to-face. Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  • Assist customers with the permit application process
  • Educate customers on application requirements
  • Maintain database of customer information
  • Maintain customer service logs
  • Meet or exceed production goal of 50-80 calls per day and monthly goals
  • Meet or exceed customer service quality standards

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or GED / equivalent required
  • At least 1-3 years Customer Service experience
