Job Title: Customer Relations Support Specialist II 

Location: Fort Worth

Pay: $14-$16/hr Depending on Experience

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8am -5pm

Duration: 6-12 weeks

Job Description: The Customer Relations Support Specialist II is responsible to track, research, and respond to customer requests primarily through written correspondence and at times though outbound calls resulting in customer resolution and satisfaction. Must have payoff experience and must be familiar with the FHA regulations around processing a payoff statement.               

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Work effectively and efficiently with customers who have varying degrees of product and technical proficiency

  • Provides customer support to customers mainly through written correspondence and phone, when necessary

  • Handles and resolves customer inquiries/concerns

  • Respond to all customers within assigned service levels and take ownership of resolving customer issues

  • Assist Mortgage Services Supervisor with special projects as needed

  • Consults with Escalation Specialist and Customer Service Representative on non-complex issues to learn through experience

  • May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced customer service associates within department

Requirements: 

  • 1+ Years of Customer Service experience

  • 1+ Years of Mortgage Servicing experience

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Provide quality interactions with internal and external sources

  • Excellent customer service

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent problem solving skills 

  • Solid Analytical skills 

  • Execute and prioritize multiple tasks
