SNI Companies has partnered with a growing manufacturing firm in Dallas looking to bring on a Service Coordinator to their team on a contract to hire basis.

This position is responsible for dispatching technicians to customers across the country and managing the work order repair process in accordance with customer guidelines and industry standards. Our client is looking for career driven individuals with a hunger for learning.

Requirements:

• Experience within service, logistics or manufacturing industry required
• Maintain a positive attitude and organization in fast-paced environment
• Ability to type 40 wpm
• Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize and remain organized
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• High school or GED equivalent required
• Strong ability to think critically and problem solve
