General Summary : Responsible for providing quality customer service, practicing safe food handling procedures, assist with inventory, stocking, product rotation and maintenance.

Essential Job Functions

Provide quality customer service, take cake orders, ensure cleaning supplies are stored separately, ensure cooler and freezer temperatures are correct and maintained, rotation of merchandise in accordance to labels, and maintain department plan-o-grams and schematics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The incumbent must posses the knowledge, skills and abilities required for satisfactory performance. Detail oriented, read and write English/Spanish, follow instructions, ability to multi-task

Education and Experience  

High School Diploma, basic kitchen skills, familiar with food preparation
