General Summary : Responsible for providing quality customer service, practicing safe food handling procedures, assist with inventory, stocking, product rotation and maintenance.
Essential Job Functions
Provide quality customer service, take cake orders, ensure cleaning supplies are stored separately, ensure cooler and freezer temperatures are correct and maintained, rotation of merchandise in accordance to labels, and maintain department plan-o-grams and schematics.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma, basic kitchen skills, familiar with food preparation
Percentage of Work Time Spent on Activity
Seeing : Must be able to see well enough to read reports
Hearing : Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees
Standing/Walking : Must be able to move about department
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling : Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up reports, papers.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling : Must be able to type and use technical sources
