Apple One is currently accepting resumes for an inbound call center representative. Duties include answering telephone inquiries and promoting an organization's products and services. Responsible for research and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Requires a minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalents-3 years continuous experience in the filed or in a related area. Has a knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Pay for this position is 10.79 for monolingual 11.79 for bilinguals If this sounds like the opportunity meant for you. Please give my office a call asap!
