Job Details
We are seeking an Senior Electrical Engineer PE to join our Team. Successful candidates will have experience in Electrical Systems Design, Leading electrical design teams for several concurrent projects. This individual will be a leader with the ability to assist the Electrical Manager in managing and guiding the Electrical Group.
- BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET Accredited)
- P.E. License or EIT Certification Preferred
- 8+ years’ of electrical engineering design experience within Engineering Consulting, building services, or Design/Build Firm.
- Previous Project Experience Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs and/or Stadiums.
- Proficient in Revit Software
- LEED AP Accredited Desired, not required
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems; ability to investigate, identify and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Experience in the preparation of technical reports for delivery direct to a client audience.
- Responsibility in a team-based organization, combined with ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of computational analysis tools such as electrical fault analysis and lighting design software.
- Ability to problem solve and propose multiple solutions to Clients and objectively summarize the benefits and shortfalls of each.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills (verbal and written), with experience presenting (you will often be required to present solutions directly to 'c-suite' level stakeholders).
