Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities for Senior Franchise Integration Analyst:
- Represent Customer and CLS requirements related to product lifecycle management and inbound/outbound processes.
oIncludes input to product design in new product development, inventory allocation to the customer, and recall/withdrawal management.
oManage integration and transactional service agreements (TSA associated with acquisitions and divestitures.
-Provide Franchise support and subject matter expertise in business processes and systems
oFocal area includes: Order to Cash system capability, quality, and business processes, which entails identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities, providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs, and translating business requirements into system requirements.
oDemonstrate customer passion, customer-centric mindset in addition to supply chain depth
-Utilize project management skills to support CLS and the Franchise Teams
oUtilize in-depth knowledge of business processes and systems to develop and execute overall project plans, project deliverables and timeline
oDemonstrate successful project management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
oDevise control plans to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management
oLead cross company/cross functional analysis and provide strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance
oDevelop comprehensive business models

-Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A focus in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred
-Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience, preferably in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Engineering is required
-Intermediate experience with Excel using v-Lookups and Pivot Tables is required
-Intermediate experience manipulating data with Excel macros is preferred
-Experience using Tableau is preferred
-Experience leading and/ or being part of project management team required
-PMP and/or FPX certification preferred
-APICS, Six Sigma and/or LEAN Belt certification preferred
-Knowledge and exposure/experience with multiple classes of Trade (mass merchandise, retail pharmacy, managed care, Medicare, mail order etc.) is preferred
-Order Management process and/or ERP experience is strongly preferred
-Proven success working in complex, highly matrix, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist is preferred
-Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value is required
-Strong business insight and understanding of the end to end supply chain is preferred
-A strong analytical background with solid analytical skills is required
-This position will be based in Skillman, NJ, with considerations for Fort. Washington PA, and may require up to 10% domestic travel
