Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Tririga Audit Coordinator  to join our team in Falls Church, VA, to begin an exciting and challenging career with Unisys Federal Systems.
 

The Audit Coordinator will work with the application team, security specialist, internal and external auditors, to ensure documentation is complete and in compliance with CBP financial statement audit policies. The team members will primarily focus on the Tririga application. Responsibilities will include:

Understanding and responding to audit compliance initiatives specific to an application
Gathering, documenting, and disseminating technical and audit requirement information for compliance and reporting purposes
Identifying appropriate stakeholders and scheduling and leading meetings with the stakeholders
Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Follow up with teams and individuals, both internal and external to the application teams, for status updates on audit resolution, compliance and mitigation activities
Define and document existing system process and procedures and identify gaps audit compliance gaps
Validate audit procedures in place are followed, documented, and reported as required
Ongoing monitoring of compliance procedures and activities to ensure ongoing compliance

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Minimum of three (3) years of IT Audit experience, minimum of two (2) years’ experience writing in an IT environment and translating technical processes to documentation.
Excellent proficiency in translating technical information into easy-to-understand documentation
Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
Well organized with attention to detail
Ability to correlate audit findings into corrective actions, identify updates to documentation, and report to management findings and suggestions.
Ability to work with an integrated project team and be efficient on multiple projects concurrently
Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, FISMA/FISCAM, and DHS 4300A
Proficient knowledge of IT systems and processes including operating systems and databases
Strong analytic and research skills
Familiarity and experience with DHS financial system audit requirements and processes
Familiarity and experience with the IBM Tririga Applications and/or other COTS systems

Familiarity with agile teams and methodologies and tools (including Jira and Confluence)

Certification and Education Requirements:

Minimum Education: BS Degree in Accounting or Information Systems and 8 years overall experience or equivalent

CISA (Certified Information System Auditor)
