Product Manager
Eaton’s ES AMER PCS ICD division is currently seeking a Product Manager. This role is located at our divisional headquarters in Menomonee Falls, WI and offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 days remote). Relocation assistance provided to those currently residing in the United States.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $105,000.03 - $154,000.04 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Our Product Managers manage the offering of enclosed low voltage variable frequency drives and are highly focused on driving growth with commercial projects and OEMs, managing the product roadmap and strategic plans, providing direction to a global team of development engineers and marketing teams, and developing and maintaining technical literature and sales tools.
What you’ll do:
- Be the divisional subject matter expert in commercial construction markets for low voltage drives.
- Develop and manage product line strategic plan and the product line roadmap.
- Achieve profit plan financials for sales and margin.
- Develop and maintain technical and commercial literature and sales tools.
- Provide direction to a global team of development engineers for product line support and maintenance.
- Marketing lead for New Product Development programs and key customer conversions.
- Coordinate globally with Eaton’s marketing organizations.
- Drive the development of e-Tools and BidManager specific to product line initiatives.
- Work closely with the Product Line Sales Manager to grow revenue and help achieve ICD Profit Plan Goals.
- Establish, grow and maintain cooperative commercial relationships with present and potential customers.
- Expand the department knowledge of customers' businesses, market segments, and organizations.
- Report significant activities of competitive manufacturers.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field sales to promote the technical and manufacturing capabilities of the Enclosed Control product line.
- Recommend and implement changes in procedures, policies, and methods that increase the level of Customer Service and/or reduce costs.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Three (3)+ years of experience in sales, marketing and/or engineering
- Company sponsorship is not offered. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Three (3)+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Three (3)+ years of experience in the motor control or industrial automation industry
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring schematics and specifications
Skills:

- Ability to build, manage, and maintain customer relationships
- Promotes a positive and collaborative team environment focused on collective success
- Ability to travel up to 25%
