The right person for the role will be a team player, self starter, have a great sense of urgency and be very customer servive oriented. This person is responsible for ensuring our applicants/employees our being treated in a professional, upbeat and quick manner. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Greeting/checking in applicants
- Preparing/printing paperwork
- Working with applicants to apply online in the lobby
- Uniforming new employees, ordering uniforms
- Filling and other general light office work
