Provides crisis screening assessments for adultpatients in a variety of clinical settings. Screening will include briefhistory, mood and affect, orientation as well as any other psychiatricscreening techniques that will assist in determining the safestdisposition for the patient. Will assist in determining if the patient issuicidal, homicidal, delusional or hallucinating to help arrange appropriatelevel of care. Will provide substance use screenings to help determine level ofcare and appropriate program for patient to participate in. Will contact thephysician on call to help make the appropriate treatment choice for thepatient. Will provide appropriate referral to community resources thatbest meet the patient needs.
MastersDegree from an accredited school of social work with LCSW.
