Kforce has a Niceville, FL client that is seeking a DCF Support/Customer Service Representative for a fully remote/work from home position. Responsibilities include:
  • The Customer Service Representative will take incoming calls and direct them to Counselors in the Department of Children and Family Services
  • DCF Support may go over unemployment benefits or financial aid benefits with the callers


  • High School diploma or GED/equivalent required
  • 2 years minimum in a call center; Has worked in a call center environment
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment, as they will be used to the fast-paced environment, calls, and dealing with customers in a professional way)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual is a plus, but not required)
  • Must be detailed oriented and present critical analytical thinking skills
  • Must display active listening skills
  • Must present strong ability to read and comprehend material presented both orally and in writing
  • Organized and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Must work independently with little supervision
  • Able to thrive and adapt in a fast paced, stressful environment
  • Must be flexible to change and open to learning new tasks as assigned
