Job Description

Customer Service Representative: Insurance Agency

Our Client is a top performing Insurance Agency for one of the Nations most respected Insurance Companies. With demonstrated year to year business growth, it is time to add to the team. The Customer Service Representative provides clients with a variety of support activities and related tasks. This position is an inbound customer care position and does not require sales on strong customer service tools and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones and update client information.
  • Access client Insurance Account information and provide relevant service
  • Effectively communicate with clients.
  • Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
  • Assistance with Marketing Activities when programs fit clients needs

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid and current Property Casualty License for Oregon
  • High attention to detail.
  • Customer and client focus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Possess the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Strong oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential. 
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. 

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent
  • Must have a valid and current Property Casualty License for Oregon

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday; 9:00am to 5:30pm

Pay Rate:  Up to $50,000 per year depending on skills and experience
