Job Description

Are you someone with a strong customer service background that is looking to work for a well-established company? Do you value a work environment that allows you to grow and benefit from your hard work? Ajlon is looking for an experienced candidate to fill a bilingual customer service representative job in Indianapolis, IN. To qualify, you must be able to speak and write proficiently in Spanish, have at least 2 years of customer service experience, and be open to working from 12p-9pm.
 
Responsibilities
• Take inbound calls from mostly Spanish speaking customers
• Document all calls in a computer system
• Answer customer questions
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
 
Qualifications
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
-Must be able to speak and write in Spanish
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
