Seeking a Customer Service Representative with experience working in manufacturing. Candidate will have knowledge of production, engineering, quality, shipping, problem solving, RMA?s, good communication skills both written and oral, attention to detail, and be a self-starter.
•Handles incoming customer calls promptly, with extreme professionalism and patience
•Responds to incoming fax, e-mail, and U.S. mail orders daily for all customer types.
•Answers questions and resolves shipment/delivery issues and discrepancies
•Processes and confirms all orders while maintaining customer files.
•Participate in all product sales and promotions developed by the Marketing staff via cross-sales during incoming calls and cold calls from developed customer lists. Represent Customer Service Department at designated meetings or shows as required.
•Coordinates and follows up with customers and Shipping as required ensuring product is documented and delivered per customer instruction and timing expectation.
•Supports Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs departments by participating in customer audits of the company facilities and processes
•Exceptional phone and customer service skills
•Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment
•Ability to manage multiple tasks, relate well to customers and resolve problems with minimum supervision.
