Job Description

Tasks Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility?

  • Processes in support of new product launches and series production (including process flow development, plant layout modifications, MTM/labor planning, equipment specifications, process documentation, operator training, and project management)
  • Improvement efforts of Process Planning functions for series manufacturing projects.
  • Timely implementation of process changes including the specification, ordering, tracking progress, installation, startup, trials, and release to Production.
  • Troubleshooting equipment and process related issues to ensure optimized machine efficiencies and productivity.
  • Work instructions, preventive maintenance instructions, and training of appropriate personnel.
  • Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and Control Plans.
  • Identification of bottlenecks and other capacity constraints to improve process flow, thus increasing throughput.
  • Coordination and communication with other departments including those in remote locations and suppliers.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university
  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or better preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
