Job Description

  • Role as supplier/customer quality contact for assigned production areas including Non-Conforming Material Report (NCMR), Corrective Action (CAR), and Supplier Corrective Action (SCAR) resolution
  • Customer/Supplier Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) coordination and submittal/approval.
  • Successful maintenance of quality relationships with supplier and customer through proactive activities and problem resolution.
  • Participation in cross-functional problem solving teams (CIP) and leading teams in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Conducting/Leading designed experiments, capability study analysis, and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
  • Supporting component and tooling/fixture design and improvement.
  • Gaging, testing, and inspection of materials.
  • Updating Behr quality documents on an as needed basis. This includes Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plan documents.
  • Providing direction to Quality Technicians as needed.

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university
  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or better preferred
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
