Compensation: $13.50 to $14.50 per hour

National Health Care Provider is seeking Customer Care Reps for their location in Albuquerque. The Customer Care Rep will be responsible for the review of Medicare Part D to ensure completeness, issue appropriate request transactions when required and make additional contact with insurance with approved correspondence. Other duties will include the tracking of potential applicant contacts to ensure compliance with CMS Regulation, assist supervisors and management in billing and reconciliation within compliance with Medicare rules. Additional responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to, assisting in the development and testing of external vendor systems to ensure CMS processing guidelines and met. May be expected to performs other related duties as required needs of management.

Job Requirements

Requirements for this role: Minimum education of a High School degree, but some college is preferred. One or more years experience in Medicare Part D Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Proficient in Medicare systems Background in billing or claims is a plus Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement Send E-mail and Contact number to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
