Group Home Case Manager (QDDP)

Benchmark Human Services is looking for flexible, dedicated persons to assist in overseeing group home setting serving adults with developmental disabilities and medical/emotional/behavioral components. Case Manager will develop and monitor individual support plans, serve as a liaison, provide support, training and supervision to staff, provide crisis intervention and comply with all state and federal regulations. This position is on-call 24/7 every other week.

Candidates must possess bachelors degree in social service field, valid drivers license, previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience assisting people with intellectual /developmental disabilities. Thorough criminal history will be completed. Benchmark requires candidates for employment to pass a drug test.

Competitive wages including, incentive bonuses, higher starting rates for employees with relevant experience and even additional pay for those assigned to work with individuals who need high behavior supports.
