Benchmark Human Services is looking for flexible, dedicated persons to assist in overseeing group home setting serving adults with developmental disabilities and medical/emotional/behavioral components. Case Manager will develop and monitor individual support plans, serve as a liaison, provide support, training and supervision to staff, provide crisis intervention and comply with all state and federal regulations. This position is on-call 24/7 every other week.
Candidates must possess bachelors degree in social service field, valid drivers license, previous management experience and at least 1 year of experience assisting people with intellectual /developmental disabilities. Thorough criminal history will be completed. Benchmark requires candidates for employment to pass a drug test.
