Job Description

Growing healthcare company is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative.

Primary duties to include:

  • Handle high volume out-bound calls
  • Call customers to verify account and contact information
  • Assist with placement of orders, process payments, refunds, or exchanges
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of sale
  • Persuade customers to reconsider cancellation of products or services
  • Promote products and services and solicit sales of new or additional products or services
  • Update insurance changes in database
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, records details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Recommend improvements in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures to prevent future problems
  • Process change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders
  • Verify customer's insurance coverage in relation to products being offered
  • Maintain daily activity logs
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing

The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree and 2-3 years of experience in a high volume call center environment. A medical billing certificate is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus as well. If you feel you have the skill sets above, please apply.
