Staffing Consultant

Our success and rapid growth has created a new position inside KNF&T for a Staffing Consultant in our Westborough Staffing Division. Interested candidates should have at least 1 year of prior sourcing/recruiting or sales/account management experience, coupled with proficiency in MS Outlook.

Compensation: Includes commission and is market competitive

Responsibilities for the Staffing Consultant:

  • Execute search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and create candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Recruit, interview, retain, coach and develop Talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals
  • Partner with local companies in a variety of industries (higher education, financial services, pharmaceutical, legal, etc.) to assist with their staffing needs by identifying and presenting the most qualified candidates
  • Manage relationships with companies to ensure their staffing needs are met and they are satisfied with our services
  • Work harmoniously with other departments internally including other staffing divisions, payroll and marketing

Requirements for the Staffing Consultant:

  • Bachelor’ s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of prior sourcing/recruiting experience
  • Minimum 1 year of sales/account management experience is considered
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, energetic team
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, primarily Outlook
  • Ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred
  • Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus 
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
