Assist Stationstore Manager with store operations including checkout, merchandising, layout, product inventory, bookkeeping, and maintenance. Supervise and execute food programs/food safety, control cash and merchandise shrinkage. Hire, supervise, train Stationstore personnel and ensure quality customer service. Responsible for enforcing all company policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Previous Retail Management
- Customer service-oriented
- Work with deadlines
- Communicate effectively with customers, management, associates, and vendors
- Lift, carry, push, pull up to 60lbs
- Occasionally bend, kneel, squat and reaching over shoulder
- Work in cooler and freezer
- Requires use of extension ladder
- High School or equivalent
