Job Description

Mosaic North America is an event marketing agency that delivers brand experiences that bring our clients' products directly to the people who buy them.  Advertising Age recently included us in their Best Places to Work in Marketing and Media list, and we are about to expand our team! 
We are currently looking for a Labor Assistant to join our innovative, growing company.

The Labor Assistant will assist the Mosaic team with Food and Wine production builds. This includes moving bars, crates, tables, and boxes to site and setting up furniture items with instruction. They will also be responsible for tear down after the event, such as wrapping pallets and trash duty.

Activation Dates:
Friday September 22nd - Sunday September 24th

  • Assist with build setup
  • Lift, open, and set up small to large boxes
  • Transport crates, bars, and tables with use of furniture dolly
  • Wrapping pallets, trash duty
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 2 years of experience working following verbal instructions, and follow written work orders
  • Experience loading and unloading materials from pallets, trays, racks, shelves, or small/large boxes
  • Experience using hand truck, dolly, wheelbarrow, or other devices
  • Experience using hand tools working in build setup environments
  • Ability to possess a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Can work in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain and compile records as required
  • Ability to perform a variety of other tasks as directed
