Job Duties :
Administer and control human resources and financial data in support of an organizational redesign including implementing the new organization and the necessary staffing plan. This will involve developing database tools to merge multiple data sets that currently exist in spreadsheet format allowing for single source data management.
Knowledge and skills:
• Prior experience with HR and financial data management is desired (PeopleSoft experience preferred).
• Able to understand the relationship of primary HR data fields (i.e. employee info -> position info - > job info -> job family info, etc.)
• Sufficient expertise and knowledge of MS Access to build and manage data tables and to design complex queries and reports.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access to create custom functions and automated routines using VBA code.
