Seeking a Customer Care Rep Agent in Linden, NJ
Feedback from our customers is critical to our improvement as a company, which is why customer care agents are an integral part of our fast-paced, rapidly growing team. The main function of this role is to provided outstanding customer service to our subscribers via telephone, email and chat. Customer Care Agents have an important role in representing the business, helping and getting to know our customers.
* Deliver above and beyond customer service through phone, email, and live chat
* Answer customer calls, reply to email inquiries and respond on chat in a fast-paced environment
* Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise
* Think creatively about ways to improve and grow our relationship with our customers
* Assist customers in managing their subscriptions and deliveries
* Build a positive relationship with other teams across the business to ensure our customers are receiving the best product and service possible
* Quality Score of 85%; Productivity (7.5 interactions per hour) minimum required
* Customer service focused
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Attention to detail and familiarity working with multiple data sources
* Positive attitude and team mentality
* Available Shift: 9am-5pm
* 1 year experience in a customer service related position is preferred (call center, restaurants, retail)
* High School degree/GED required
* Experience using Zendesk and Excel preferred
