Job Description

Superior Group has an exciting opportunity for a temporary to direct hire Customer Support Representative.
Job Summary:
Provide customer service and administrative support to each Work Nexus deployment via phone and ticket system. The hours for this position are 9:30am -6:00pm.
Essential Duties (not necessarily in order of importance):
  • Daily duties will include troubleshooting calls and tickets from new and existing customers (managers, suppliers and contractors) regarding first level support tickets and entry level technical issues surrounding our proprietary web-based program.
  • Processing of invoicing and payroll forms to ensure timely and accurate billing and payment and billing to the customer
  • Receive and respond to all telephone inquiries accurately and courteously
  • Communicate via written correspondence, email, and/or telephone
  • Enter data, including contingent hours, with a high level of accuracy
  • Research inquiries and process basic transactions
  • Other Duties:
  • Senior Work Nexus Support Center Representative may also be responsible to train and mentor other staff
  • Comply and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative duties as directed by Company
  • Job Requirements

    Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree
  • 1 year of customer service and data entry skills
  • 1 year of experience in MS Word and Excel

  • Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Detail orientated, organized, and be analytical in nature.
  • Possess good communication, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Present a positive and professional image.
  • Additional Information:
