Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Business Architect with established experience in envisioning, defining, and developing a roadmap for a strategic vision. You will facilitate and collaborate with Business customers, IT Business Relationship Managers, and other Architects to create clear concise models that describe the enterprise to gain a common understanding and visualize the current, future, and transitional states.

You will analyze business models to determine where process, organization, information, and technology alignment and change is necessary across product lines and business units. Strong leadership and courage are necessary to listen to different viewpoints, encourage alignment, and drive towards global consistency. The Enterprise Architecture team is committed to creating value by driving the proper Enterprise Investments.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements to architect a state-of-the-art, well-integrated, cost-effective future state that provides value to the enterprise
  • Work closely with diverse stakeholders, including business customers, and all disciplines of Architecture, Business Relationship Management, Application Development, and Subject Matter Experts.to depict goals, objectives, business processes, organizations, roles, information, events, and applications in business models and drive alignment.
  • Deliver high-quality artifacts and present architectural strategy and recommendations to executive management

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years experience in IT
  • 3+ years experience in Architecture roles

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master in computer science, business information systems, engineering, or related discipline
  • Training in Architecture Frameworks (e.g. Zachman and/or TOGAF)
  • Experience with specific modeling tools such as ProVision and Microsoft Visio
  • Industry knowledge of Vehicle Order processing, Vehicle Manufacturing, and Material Planning and Logistics business functions
  • Effective communication of business process activities as well as highly technical aspects of architecture in a written and oral manner
  • Experience with deriving, defining, and explicitly representing various Business and Information architecture artifacts and deliverables such as such as Information Models, Process Models, and composite Business Integration Models to support visualization of the enterprise.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and modeling systems in complex heterogeneous environments that required business alignment across business units in a multi-cultural environment
  • Demonstrated analysis and design experience, including the use of modeling tools on more than one large scale project
