Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies throughout the country, has immediate openings for General Assembly Technicians with Danfoss in Arkadelphia.

Industry: Manufacturing.

Duties: Understand all aspects of production. Adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
Performs a variety of manufacturing tasks that generally include assembling, operating manual and automatic equipment, setting up machines, testing, and dismantling unit assemblies and complex sub-assembly work stations according to appropriate work process instructions.

Employment Types: Full Time, Long Term.

Shifts: 2nd Shift, 1st Shift.

Attributes: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.

Lifting Requirements: Able to Lift 50 pounds.

Education Required: No Education Requirement.

Previous assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
