Job Description

Are you enthusiastic and customer service oriented? If so, I have a Customer Support position in a fast paced environment with a great company for you!

Job Duties:

• Inbound and outbound calls
• Front line contact for Customers regarding problems
• Customer verification, problem verification, problem validation and documentation
• Ticket management
• Interface with internal and external vendors
• Basic trouble shooting
• Manage escalations
• Adhere to SLA's, processes and tools

Job Requirements

- 3 years in browser and email programs
• 3 years with Windows XP
• 1 year in call center environment
• Strong oral and written
communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Problem resolution skills
• Flexibility with shifts
