Our client is a multi-billion dollar medical research organization that has grown steadily over the past 50 years. They are currently hiring Program Representatives to join their team! These are temp to hire positions! Shifts are somewhere between 6am and 7pm with the majority being 8am – 5pm. The client has two beautiful locations- UTC/La Jolla and Sorrento Valley. You will need to be flexible to work at either location. Salary is $14/hour.

The Program Representative is responsible for providing administrative and essential operational support to their assigned program(s). The Program Representative will be a team player who is a quick learner, confident, and disciplined serving as a primary coordinate for administrative tasks that support a diverse set of activities the program requires. This is your opportunity to have an exciting career while making a difference in people’s lives.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist clients through taking incoming calls and documenting calls appropriately

  • Make follow up calls as necessary to clients obtaining additional information

  • Provide clean and accurate data entry into various software systems

  • Manage, organize and coordinate all outgoing mailings

What qualifications and skills do you need?

  • High School Diploma or GED.A degree or evidence of continual work towards a degree is encouraged.

  • 1+ years of prior healthcare or other customer service experience is preferred

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Good keyboarding skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Pleasant speaking voice

  • Ability to work the next 90 days without any prior commitments
