Johnson & Johnson Customer & Logistics Services (CLS) is a global Supply Chain organization that supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. CLS strives to deliver an exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer facing-functions such as distribution and transportation. In addition, CLS oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities. CLS supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Device & Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow globally in both visibility and responsibility. The CLS team reports to Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain and partners closely with groups throughout the supply chain organization.



The

CLS Franchise Integration Lead is a leader of the development and deployment of the J&J logistics strategies that enable best in class Go To Market capabilities, compliance and service management for the US region.



The

CLS Franchise Integration Lead in the Global Distribution Operations Department



will

  • Manage the relationship between the franchise supply chains, commercial and quality organizations and the CLS functions

  • Represent customer and CLS requirements related to product lifecycle management and inbound and outbound processes (Specifically, this includes input to product design in new product development, inventory allocation to the customer, acquisitions and divestitures, and recall/withdrawal management)

  • Champion process standardization while appropriately shaping custom logistics solutions to meet both customer and



    franchise needs

  • Collaborate as needed with worldwide CLS resources to achieve franchise goals and objective

  • Connect the Franchise, Commercial, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, and CLS teams by representing the franchise business goals and objectives to CLS and CLS goals and objectives to the franchise

  • Act as the CLS lead on all Commercial and Supply Chain New Product Launch, Product Change, and Product End of Life teams ensuring customer acceptability for any market introductions and/or impacts

  • Act as the CLS lead on Global Product Stewardship Teams to ensure impacts to the US are accounted and planned for

  • Manage strategic requests from business partners for exceptions to typical CLS processes, inclusive of new distribution requirements (i.e.: rework, temperature control, etc.), and order management processes (customer holds/allocations, forward buy management, back order allocation and customer alignment, etc.)

  • Drive development of compliant new distribution solutions based on product characteristics

  • Manage customer service implications of disruptions to normal business processes (i.e. industry work stoppage, inclement weather, and compliance issues)

  • Lead the shaping of deliver capabilities to meet the growth objectives of our franchises through global connections to CLS resources worldwide, customer focused product supply strategies, and new



    business capabilities

  • Lead the shaping of deliver capabilities to meet the growth objectives of our franchise through flawlessly managing recall and other market withdrawal activity, acting as primary commercial contact on behalf of CLS, collaboration and integration with CLS HCCL and RCL organizations in customer partnership initiatives, and metric management, improvement, and strategy development (Perfect Order) in collaboration with CLS

  • Deliver compliance and customer service excellence through collaboration, project management, process standardization

  • Lead and coordinate CLS New Product Introduction, Product Change, and End of Life execution teams; Divestiture and Acquisition leadership of the Transitional Services Agreements; Compliance to processes and good distribution/order management practices (i.e. Inbound Standards, Perfect Receipt, Storage & Transportation temperature control, etc.)

  • Drive financial efficiency by identifying opportunities, providing innovative options and overseeing the franchise component of the implementation of new solutions

  • Inspire motivate our teams to enable



    competitive advantage in our markets

  • Have ross-sector responsibilities and may also lead CLS initiatives beyond Global Distribution Operations' scope



Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A focus in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience, preferably in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Engineering is required

  • Working knowledge of supply chain



    planning process is required

  • High proficiency utilizing MS Excel with ability to create v-Lookups and Pivot Tables is required

  • Advanced experience manipulating data with Excel macros is preferred

  • Experience using Tableau is



    preferred

  • Demonstrated Project management



    skills are required

  • PMP certification preferred

  • APICS, Six Sigma and/or LEAN Belt



    certification preferred

  • Experience communicating with Sr. level leadership (Director/VP level) is preferred

  • Knowledge and exposure/experience with multiple classes of Trade (mass merchandise, retail pharmacy, managed care, Medicare, mail order etc.) is preferred

  • Order Management process and/or



    ERP experience is strongly preferred

  • Proven success working in complex, highly matrix, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight



    deadlines exist is required

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value is required

  • Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority, and have a creative mindset

  • Demonstrated customer passion, customer-centric mindset in addition to supply chain depth

  • Strong business insight and understanding of the end to end supply chain is preferred

  • A strong analytical background with solid analytical skills is preferred

  • This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA or Skillman, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel, with



    rare chance of international travel
