Account Support Manager Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Electronic Healthcare / Electronic Medical Record Software company that serves the Home Health and Hospice industries. They have a current opening for an Account Support Manager based in the Dallas, TX area.  This person will oversee an internal support team assigned to ensure client accounts are receiving the attention they need to make proper use of their software. Experience in a similar role for a healthcare software or EMR / HER organization required. Home Health or Hospice experience a plus but not required. Relocation candidates welcome!

Account Support Manager Job Requirements

  • Account Management / Support leadership experience in Healthcare Software / EMR required.
  • Home Health, Hospice or Post-Acute experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills with the ability to lead a team.

Account Support Manager Job Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day oversight of a client support team.
  • Ensure client success by resolving issues and maximizing their capabilities within the software platform.
  • Collaborate with external Account Management Representatives for assigned accounts.
