Sonora is a behavioral health hospital that treats people from all walks of life with various behavioral health issues. We believe that the meals we provide our patients assists in their treatment while under our care. Sonora prepares food from scratch with dietician approved recipes for patients, guests and staff with a wide variety of dietary needs. We work as a team cooking, cleaning and serving three meals a day to very appreciative patients.
Prepares food for patients, guests and staff as directed, using approved recipes and meeting special dietary requirements. Maintains work area, kitchen and dinning room in clean and organized manner. Provides excellent service to all customers.
Education High School or G.E.D.
Certificates Pima County Food Sanitation Certification preferred,
Experience At least one year in quantity food production experience with attention to quality and food safety standards.
WORK SCHEDULE Variable days and shifts, including holidays
REQUIREMENTS Clear TB screening, background and drug screen.
