Job Description

KeyStone Center an environment of compassion and caring utilizing state of the art treatment for addiction and co-occurring issues. The facility is located five miles south of the Philadelphia Airport in Suburban Philadelphia. The Counselor provides direct patient care and is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. Primary responsibilities include: The provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu; Assessment and documentation of progress/digress in treatment; Delivering individual and group educational services; Crisis intervention; and full participation with the multidisciplinary team toward meeting a patient's treatment plan objectives.

 

Job Requirements

 JOB SUMMARY:
The Counselor provides direct patient care and is responsible for monitoring and delivering high quality services to dually diagnosed/chemically dependent patients. QUALIFICATIONS:


Strong clinical skills and experience with dual diagnosis population required.  Master's degree required experience acceptable.


 
HOURS:
Full time 40 hours per week
Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm - 12:00am
