Duties/Responsibilities

Join our team and work in a call center environment for a luxury automotive manufacturer. Answer customer calls for various reasons including but not limited to financial assistance requests with repairs, product use and product line questions. Responsible for providing high level customer service, going above and beyond to handle customer complaints. Ability to handle a case load of at least 30 cases, regularly updating customer until case resolution.
Qualifications:
• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with world class service
• Use active listening, empathy and product knowledge to provide world class service
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Use effective time management skills and efficient processes for rapid resolution of cases
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Effectively communicate with and be able to gauge and adjust to the level of the customer.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 35 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Availability to work various shifts including Evenings (Monday-Friday); set schedule assigned after employment
• Proficiency with desktop computer system and Internet skills
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Logical problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Organization and work prioritization skills
• Dependability
