Job Description

Kelly Services is looking for a Human Resources Manager for a customer in Wixom, Mi. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of $85,000/year. Job Duties: Wixom, Michigan based medical supply distribution company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to work at our corporate office in Wixom. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources for the company and ensuring the organization possesses the people, skills and capabilities to develop and execute the mission of the organization. Essential Functions - Provide Human Resources leadership in the following areas: talent acquisition, development and management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and process improvement. - Lead Human Resources policy development and organizational commitment to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws related to employment, employee benefits, compensation, safety and health, and employee development. - Oversee performance management, goal setting, and employee development for the organization. HR Manager will be responsible for 5 locations- Michigan, Indiana, Texas, Florida and Missouri. Some Travel will be involved.

Job Requirements

Skills - Superior collaboration and communication skills. - Strong planning and change management skills. - Strong employee relations, and talent and organizational development skills. - Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem solving and organizational leadership skills. Qualifications - BS/BA preferred, in Human Resources, business or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of related Human Resources experience; including leading a Human Resources department and staff. - Demonstrated experience and success regarding strategic HR management, employee relations, safety and health, compensation, benefits, organizational development, and talent management
